Located in the heart of the Danube Eco-district, enjoy a bright, dual-aspect, 91 m² four-room apartment on the first floor. It offers a peaceful, pleasant setting 🌿🌻☀️ overlooking the neighborhood's green spaces. A parking space is included at the nearby Danube Vert car park.

Buses and trams are less than a 2-minute walk away, putting the city center and the train station just 15 minutes away. It is the ideal location to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of the Eco-district!

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small building constructed in 2017 as part of a co-housing project 🏡. It is accessible by elevator and can accommodate up to 7 people.

This apartment is a true family home, fully equipped with everything you need! You will feel right at home here!

It offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay:
- a master bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), a trundle bed (80x200 or 160x200), a sink 💧, a small desk, and a TV on a mobile stand.
- a bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with a single bed (90x200)
- a bathroom equipped with a bathtub 🛁 and a laundry area 🧺
- a separate toilet with a hand basin
- a large, welcoming living room with a double sofa bed, a spacious desk (with HDMI monitor and Wi-Fi printer), and a cozy dining area
- a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking just like at home (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, food processors, Bialetti coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oils, spices, etc.)
- a large, shaded terrace filled with greenery 🌿 (16 m²), accessible from the living room. The property was built using healthy materials and offers every comfort (parquet flooring, underfloor heating, sun shades, insect screens, fans, etc.).

Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are provided in the apartment.
The living room and the master suite are each equipped with a 4K TV and wireless headphones.
A travel cot and the necessary bedding are available for a young child 👶.
If children are part of your group, they can also enjoy the games and toys found in the two smaller bedrooms (suitable for an 11-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl).
Also for the kids, there is a large playground right across from the property 🛝, and the neighborhood is car-free, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and greenery in peace.
You can also visit the "Poulapinier" right next door—a combination of a chicken coop 🐔 and a rabbit sanctuary 🐇! You might even hear the rooster 🐓 crowing! It’s like a farm stay, but in the city 🏙.

🚗 You also have access to a parking space 24/7 in the Danube Vert or Danube Bleu parking garage, located a 2-minute walk from the property (max. height: 1.90m).

On the ground floor of the building, there is a bike storage room 🚲 available if you—like me—are a cycling enthusiast and want to explore Strasbourg, the ultimate cycling city ;).

House rules

• ✓Every booking requires the immediate arrangement of a €300 security deposit via the Swikly platform (associated fees are at my expense). Failure to arrange this within 5 days will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
• ✓The property is strictly non-smoking, including the terrace; any violation will incur a minimum cleaning fee of €300. This ban applies to all forms of smoke emission (cigarettes, drugs, vaping, hookahs, etc.).
• ✓Pets are not allowed due to hygiene and allergy concerns. Any violation will incur a minimum cleaning fee of €300.
• ✓Please wear slippers or socks when entering the bedrooms.
• ✓In the bedrooms, please lift wheeled suitcases to avoid scuffing the floors.
• ✓Cleaning is included in the price; however, I ask that you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.
• ✓Washing the dishes is your responsibility. You may wash them by hand and put them away, or run the dishwasher (place a 3-in-1 tablet in the cutlery basket).
• ✓In the event of a lost or unreturned key, a fee of €250 will be charged (covering the complete replacement of the secure lock cylinder and 5 keys).
• ✓In the event of a lost or unreturned parking card, a fee of €50 will be charged. Any parking fees incurred when exiting with the vehicle are also your responsibility.
• ✓You are solely responsible for the use of the parking area (if applicable) and for any costs arising from improper use of the parking facilities.
• ✗No parties or excessive noise are permitted, in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
• ✓Using the property for commercial activities is strictly prohibited; it is reserved for private individuals for personal use.
